Harness HR was founded by Reehana Lattif in 2024. Reehana has over 12 years of extensive experience across multiple sectors, specialising in all functions of HR, including recruitment, scaling start-ups, implementing growth strategies, and developing talent. She has obtained a BEd and MA from UCL, is a CIPD Level 5 professional, and Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider).
